Jason Lane & Kevin Kinser were recently awarded the IAU Palgrave Research Essay Prize. Their essay entitled Reconsidering Privatization in Cross-Border Engagements: The Sometimes Public Nature of Private Activity will be published in an upcoming issue of the journal Higher Education Policy.
